Seamless Brand Integration
From the get-go, integrating Bike n’ Blend into your event means every detail can spotlight your brand. Whether it’s the cups from which your guests sip their smoothies or the bikes they pedal, everything can be tailored. Opt for custom-stamp on our biodegradable cups in a palette that matches your corporate colours, and watch your logo spin around on bespoke wheel covers that catch every attendee’s eye. Extend your branding to every corner of the event with customized table wraps and A-Frame signs that guide and inform participants.
- Customised Cups: Start with 200 branded biodegradable cups with your custom stamp included and add more if needed (minimal cost). You can choose from a range of colours to match your brand palette (within the colour range available-contact us for details)
- Bike Wheel Covers: Transform our bikes into moving billboards with custom double-sided wheel covers made from laminated 2mm PVC discs.
Perfect for displaying your logo all day long, these covers are laminated and UV protected to ensure they look great throughout the event. And can be kept for reuse if needed, for up to 12 months. - Table Branding: Wrap our tables with your custom graphics to create a cohesive look. Suitable for all indoor and outdoor events, our table wraps (three types of tables available) are an effective way to utilise space for branding.
- A-Frame Branding: Capture attention both indoors and outdoors with an A-frame sign. Ideal for conveying messages or directions at your event.
Note: To ensure the highest quality of your branded materials, we require print-ready artwork in PDF format following the specifications we send you at least two weeks prior to your event.
Customised Cups
Cups are branded with your design via a stamp. The stamp is reusable for your next event with us, but labour for stamping the cups will apply.
- Suitable for our 12oz biodegradable cusps (or 4oz cups if stamp is small enough)
- Use single solid colours only with no shading for clear, striking designs – see examples below
- Colours available: Black, Red, Blue, Green, Violet, Sky Blue, Burgundy, Pink, Orange, Yellow, Brown and Fluro Red.
Note: Colour matching to your corporate colours is not possible
Artwork Specs:
- 53mm square design
- The sizes shown on our stamps are the maximum printable area.
- For the best impression, your design should be approximately 2mm smaller than the diagram.
- Minimum line thickness of 0.2mm
- Minimum font size of 8 points to ensure readability.
- All artwork should include a minimum of 5mm bleed, flattened, include crop marks and bleed for precision.
Bike Wheel Covers
Our most popular branding option! Maximise your event’s visual impact with our custom bike wheel covers. This branding opportunity transforms each bike into a mobile billboard, showcasing your logo or message dynamically as participants pedal, ensuring high visibility throughout your event.
- Double-sided wheel covers
- Laminated 2mm PVC discs

A-Frame Branding
